Daniel's Thai Style Green Chicken Curry Deal ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ I am prepared to cook Green Chicken Curry for whoever wants it, providing they can supply me with the ingredients necessary. If you're interested, then email me to say that you want to take me up on the deal and thus we can arrange a date for it. (Weekends tend to be easiest) Bear in mind that I live in darkest Cambridgeshire, so you need to make your way here, or pre-arrange collection if you can't drive. What you will need to supply. (This curry feeds 4 or 5 people depending on hunger levels etc) * Note: Items marked with an asterisk I have and thus are not strictly needed unless you're going to cook your own curry. * A little Chilli Oil 1 Red Onion (medium to large) 1 Pack of baby sweetcorn * 2 Garlic cloves (or some 'very lazy garlic') * 1" of ginger root (or some 'very lazy ginger') * Dave's Insanity Sauce (if you want to be maaad) * Two Chicken OxO cubes, One italian herbs * One Chinese spice Knorr stock cube * Enough thai curry spices (I use Schwartz) (One tablespoon or so depending on desired heat level) Two jars of Barts Green Thai Curry paste About 500-600 grammes of diced chicken. (Chicken breast will do) Not frozen please :) Either one stalk of lemongrass and a lot of patience, or a tube of lemongrass paste. One pack of large green chillis (about 8-10 chillis) 1 pack of green chillis (finger or birds eye) (we only need about 4 of them) One tin of reduced fat coconut milk One small box of creamed coconut One bag of fresh peas * Some fresh corriander (Or dried will do) * Enough rice for the meal.
