Grilled coley in mustard sauce with mashed potato and sweet potato. Serves two. Could easily be halved. Prepped&cooked inside of 30 mins. 400g Sweet Potato 304kcal, 0g fat 300g New Potato 225kcal, 0.9g fat 500g Coley 370kcal, 4.5g fat 100g Mayo 73kcal, 3g fat. 20g Mustard 25kcal, 1.1g fat. Splash of milk 11kcal, 0.4g fat totals: 1008kcal, 10g fat So 504kcal each, 5g fat. Also around 50g protein and 5g dietary fibre Chop the potatoes, peel and chop the sweet potato. put in a pan, cover with water, boil. Place coley on a baking sheet, sprinkle on a little salt, put under grill in bowl, mix the mayo, mustard, a little black pepper, any herbs you fancy. Turn the coley and replace in the grill Once coley almost cooked, smear the sauce over the fish, replace under grill, low heat. Retain a spoonful of the sauce for the tats. drain tats, add the sauce, the splash of milk and some more black pepper. Mash it up. Serve it out onto two plates. Enjoy
