Tuna and Stuff (A Midnight snack and a half) ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ Ingredients ^^^^^^^^^^^ Essentials: Tin of tuna (in brine) Olive oil (sunflower will do, but come on) Basil Lemon pepper (or pepper and lemon juice) A red onion (again, white will do if need be) Bread and butter Optionals ^^^^^^^^^ Oregano, Dill, Sage Cinnamon, Garlic Method: Chop the onion into small bits (cube it) and put about half in a frying pan with a little oil. Fry them gently until they start to brown. Then add the tuna (drained of course) and keep the mix moving. Add in your herbs and spices bit by bit, ensuring that they are well mixed into the fish. As you continue to fry the fish (on a low heat) it will turn from the pinky brown which tuna starts as, to a more orangey brown as it cooks and dries slightly. Once it is slightly drier and cooked, take it off the heat and mix in the other half of the onions.
