This document details the arrangement understood by all involved parties to be in effect between Hotxt Ltd. (Hotxt) and Thoughtful Solutions Ltd. (TS), subject to TS' standard terms and conditions.
TS agrees to provide the services of a programmer (Vivek Dasmohapatra) for the period from the 7th of November upto the preliminary launch of Hotxt's service, currently expected in January 2006: Services to be provided include design, programming and documentation of systems and applications necessary for Hotxt's service, at the direction of Jon Topper (Lead Programmer) and James Lincoln (Director of Technical services). The period of such services may be extended or shortened if such is agreed to by Hotxt and TS. The rate agreed to by TS and Hotxt is 3000 GBP per calendar month, any partial months to be paid pro-rata, calculated by the number of working days in the given months worked.
